Aquí os vamos a mostrar otro tipo de entrenamiento que podemos alternar otro día, y es complementario al del circuito que explicamos, Circuito preparación física Judo.
Consiste en un entrenamiento de superseries fullbody (para todo los grupos musculares en la misma sesión). Esto lo que aporta al judoka es una mayor resistencia muscular, aportando fibras de calidad y bien oxigenadas.
El entrenamiento de superseries consiste, en realizar, 2 ejercicios seguidos del mismo grupo muscular o de músculos antagónicos (biceps/triceps), sin apenas descanso. Al ser un trabajo muy intenso, el peso que vamos a levantar será menor y el número de repeticiones mayor, entorno a 10-12 repeticiones en cada serie y el peso según las característica de cada judoka.
La ejecución de los ejercicios serán 4 series de 10 repeticiones. En cada serie se realizarán los 2 ejercicios seguidos sin descanso y entre series se descansará entre 1 min – 1.30 min. Al terminar las 4 series del grupo muscular, se pasará al siguiente grupo.

EXTENSIONES CUADRICEPS. 4 SERIES DE 10 REPETICIONES.
Al finalizar todos los grupos, vuelta a la calma realizando lo siguiente:
